A journeyman is someone who has played for a lot of clubs in a short time, irrespective of the league. John Burridge who played for us from 84-87 , he was a journeyman who had 29 clubs, but a great GK.

 

Hooper has had 8 clubs in 12 years, making him a journeyman.

 

Out of curiosity I had to look up 'English Journeymen Footballers' and yes John Burridge is the most travelled (not that I doubted) and for an outfield player it is Trevor Benjamin who also had 29 but some were loans and/or non league clubs.

hes a local batemoor lad ,like vardy rejected by his 1st club sufc,worked with vardy at Halifax and would be great to bring him in with Rhodes it would then ensure we are okay all season with quality forwards and then hopefully gain promotion,i am sure he would like to get back to his home town

The Rhodes rumour wouldn't surprise me if true but I think he may be out of our reach cost wise.

I'd have thought with you being the massive £12m would be a drop in the ocean! Seems your not buying anyone at the moment, could be something in this.
