  1. How’s that going so far? We are 66% out, you’d expect to see immigration down and wages up a bit by now.
  2. Indeed not. We can safely leave that honour to Theresa and her cabinet
  3. It could just be losing signal. I had one in a classroom not so long ago. It spent all its time whirring and resetting as it picked up and dropped the radio signal. I binned mine and bought a £2 one from IKEA. Worked fine:) Try putting it somewhere with really good reception, maybe a windowsill and leave it overnight. ---------- Post added 07-03-2018 at 21:30 ---------- It could aso be the last time. I don't know:cool:
  4. The police are certainly being selective in which laws they choose to uphold. This for instance, which has been repeatedly raised with them by the protestors. Whether AMEY have a mitigation license or not, I don't know, but SYP don't seem too keen to find out.
  5. Fantastic journalism in that piece: "A South Yorkshire Police 101 control room supervisor told The Star: "I cannot give you anymore information at this stage but I can confirm a police operation has taken place." I guess that Greenhill is a bit tricky for the journos to actually visit. Getting through Woodseats can be a right pain.
  6. He’s likely to be the way that we get out of FFP bother. Must be worth £10m.
  7. He was at the heart of everything good that Ipswich did. Worked hard, used the ball well, was constantly in the right place at the right time. I’d love him on our side, he’s everything that Jordan Rhodes is not. The free kick for the second goal was fantastic.
  8. In Cricket, they are not allowed a runner if the batter can’t run. Which puts the rest of your post into some doubt.
  9. Try Swifties on Abbeydale Road, near to the Broadfield. If they haven’t got one, I’d be very surprised. In any case, you’ll have a fun half hour rooting through all of their stuff.
  10. You’ve got bickering and discussion mixed up. Never mind eh.
  11. Simple solution, make them take out a contract with EE. They’ll never get on the Internet again.
  12. What a curious question. If they break the law, prosecute them. Fairly obvious, I’d have thought.
  13. Good intelligence. Solid evidence. Proper prosecutions and robust sentencing. That’s the proper way.
  14. We’ve done internment before too. That went so well last time ...
  15. Maybe the council could use some of the huge fees that they charge to provide more communal skips. Then there would be less need to have bonfires.
  16. I tend to be on the side of evidence and prosecution. I think that is the correct way to run a country.
  17. Most of the injured players already do that. They use a couple of boxes behind me. Quite a few of them meet the fans in the shop too. The long term injured players tend not to be there. I assume that is because they are being treated elsewhere.
  18. The bad thing is the prioritisation of the profits of Amey over the smooth running of the rest of the city. This council are becoming a disgrace with their Amey arse licking.
  19. So, your parents walked to work in the snow. You didn’t walk to work in the snow. You expect the current generation to walk to work in the snow. A well constructed argument, well done.
  20. No such thing as a “Blades thread” me old chum. This is Sheffield football. Anything goes. Get yourself a helmet. For what it’s worth, I thing Wilder is trying to play mind games with his players. He’s not in Fergie’s league though, is he? Wilder’s going nowhere. This job is made for him. Still, it is nice to see a Blades manager rivalling the £20 interview from Carlos:D
  21. Had it sold out before you got to buy a ticket? Is that why you’re sore? I’ll give you mine if you like:)
  22. It certainly pays the organised criminals and terrorists. They get their money from you and your fellow travellers. They use that money to deal drugs, buy explosives, run training camps and kill people. Sleep tight Penny.
