The Consequences of Brexit [part 5] Read 1st post before posting

The only thing comparable with Brexit and Zimbabwe is when their election result is announced, there will be many people on the losing side, who will refuse to accept the election result.

Oh really.

Nothing to say about implementing a national economic experiment based on irrational ideology?

Yes, the national project must not be compromised. People who speak against it must be reprimanded.

We’ve already had prominent Brexiters (David Bannerman, cons MEP) calling for the treason act to be extended to cover people who are too pro-EU

Some Brexiters would see remainers imprisoned for life it seems.

This has all gone too far. Brexiters have become deeply fascist.

Racist, xenophobic , and now Fascist.

Bingo, we have the full set from the Remoaners.

First the people who voted leave were Racist and Xenophobic. Then it was because they were elderly and poorly educated. Then it was because of the Russian influence. Then it was Leave election spending. Now its because they are also Fascist. I'm sure others are still to come.. ;)

Fortunately, both will die off sooner rather than later. A fortunate correlation between life expectancy and education, do you not think?

Fortunately, the elderly population is still increasing in numbers unlike the younger population.

That’s all down to the good work of the NHS, which will suffer post-Brexit due to a lack of funds and overseas staff.

How ironic that pensioners have voted to dismantle the organisation that has kept them alive this long.

I don’t expect an increase in pensioners for much longer after that ;)

Definitely a case of cutting off your face to spite your nose.

We are forced to seek possible reasons or excuses why people voted leave, because no one on here has been able to give any believable positives for their original vote to exit the EU.

As time goes by such positives have become even more elusive.

That last comment from you was pure idiocy. Nothing less.
