To date at least 9,061 Palestinians have been killed since October the 7th in response to the murder of 260 Israelis at the festival.

Looks like Israel are winning this latest exchange.

The only difference is that you are such a courageous keyboard warrior you believe in the mass murder of uninvolved civilians.

Collateral damage in a War is NOT mass murder.  :)

Apparently completely oblivious to the fact that state terrorism against civilians gives rise to hatred and previously uninvolved people taking up arms to seek revenge.

A democracy defending it's country by war, is NOT State terrorism. :)

You come across as a fascist and you probably are. Nice uniforms.

As a staunch defender of Jews and Israel, I'm no Fascist.

Then there are those who would make Hitler proud, and handing out Iron Crosses!  :)

The point being made is that because they are an illegal government,  you can't blame the ordinary citizens.

Everybody on my side of the fence on this thread have repeatedly condemned Hamas for their inhumanity and everyone agrees that whatever happens to them they fully deserve.

You are now joining Grey & Bundy etc and making inferences that we would allow them to carry on.

We like everybody else,  would wish them all dead for the atrocities they have committed and, if you haven't the sense to  understand that, you shouldn't be on here.

You know full well that we are only interested in saving the innocent and not the guilty.  If you wish to carry on conversing with me,  stop making daft statements which you know are untrue.

You are not being realistic.

No one wants anyone killed but as I explained in an earlier post which you ignored innocent people do get killed in wars.

To follow your argument through if it was only a small number of terrorists who carried out the 7th October attack and if they did so independespendantly why haven't they been condemned by their  government and handed over to the Israelis ?

Why haven't the hostages been released ?

Why doesn't the Hamas government surrender to save the lives of the innocent ?

I am not taking sides but looking at the situation in a realistic way .

BTW I would think that 95 % at least on SF choose to use a nom de plume for obvious reasons.

So do scribblers of insults and pornography on freshly painted public lavatory walls.

But that's not my problem.  :)

Nor is posting your comments under your own name on a Sheffield Forum whilst living thousands of miles away.

Presumably because as an ex pat you wished to get in touch with others.

I do wish you would stop asking the same questions over and over.   Talking to you is like being on a roundabout and you get back to where you were earlier.

I didn't say they were a  "SMALL NUMBER OF TERRORISTS"  and I have already told you why their government won't condemn them because they are Hamas terrorists and the government is also Hamas.

Who would you expect to hand their friends over to the enemy ?  (and I've told you that before too ).

How do you think  I would know why the hostages haven't been released.  I wouldn't expect anyone on this forum to know because the terrorists don't include us in their plans.

How do you think I would know why the Hamas government don't surrender because they haven't told me either.

You do ask me some really really stupid questions,  which you know full well, I don't have the answer t, o and neither does anyone else on this forum.

The war will carry on and many more innocent deaths will ensue and I don't believe that the righties on here,  including you,  care a fig.

I only know that, with Israel's methods, backed by the west, and supported by the righties on here. the situation will never be properly addressed but will never  go away.

A general appraisal from Jeremy Bowen .

Lyse Doucet is also a worthy commentator

The War, according to a BBC presenter, who was censured by his own BBC for:

"In April 2009 the Editorial Standards Committee of the BBC Trust published a report on three complaints, including one by the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America, brought against two news items involving Bowen.[20] The complaints included 24 allegations of breaching BBC guidelines on accuracy and impartiality, of which three were fully or partially upheld.[21] The BBC Trust's censure was based on articles about Har Homa in the 1960s, how the Six-Day War affected the Middle East and an article on the aftermath of that war.[22] Although there was no finding of anti-Israel bias against Bowen, the BBC Trust said that he should have used clearer language and been more precise in some aspects of the piece.[23] Also, on a claim that was found to be lacking in accuracy because it was not properly sourced, the committee accepted that Bowen had been provided with the information by an authoritative source.[23] A website article[24] was amended and Bowen did not face any disciplinary measures.[6] Bowen voiced opposition to the censure, calling it a result of a "campaign group" whom he called "the enemies of impartiality".[22]

I'd say when you stray too Left, for even  the BBC, there's a real problem with credibility.  :)

And his quotes from Netanyahu's domestic partisan political foes on the Left, just highlight the old chestnut, "A crisis is a terrible thing to waste!" The sharks are circling!

They've tried everything, including trying to jail him.

There's no doubt that Netanyahu is under great pressure from his own left, and the global rules based new liberal world order folks in general,  including the current U.S. Administration, who are funneling $billions to Iran, to bankroll their Middle East terrorism.

But like a certain other politician, he has so far prevailed, to their great frustration and disappointment!

Will they win?

Stay tuned!  :)
