i dont know one way or the other but, as i see it they are looking for a head coach not a Manager?

There is a difference between being a head coach at a football club and being the manager. ... He described the head coach position as being solely responsible for playing better so as to yield better results on the pitch. As a manager, one is required to play the players better and still run other affairs of the club.
