davyboy
Wifey OMG you are living dangerously on here with the SF feminists. Their coffee capsules are a LOT cheaper and just as nice as the well known brands. Edited January 26, 2015 by medusa fixed tags
smithy266
Haha! She is normally known as SatNag! Their own- label single malt whisky is a top brand.
Moonbird
It's about WHAT to buy. It's the same in all supermarkets. They are great at some products and less great at others. Lidl's in-store baked bread is lovely. Exactly so, I tried Aldi a few months ago and wasn't that impressed but as time went on and I decided to try more products I am quite impressed, like all supermarkets its trial and error but I can honestly say that now around 80% of my food shopping comes from there and I have no complaints at all. geared
I love the cheap little bagettes in Lidl, they go fairly quick tho so must be popular.

neeeeeeeeeek
What brand of tinned tomatoes do you usually buy? I always get Aldi ones now and there great, certainly not thick in salt!
willman
I find nothing any better or any worse than any other shop tbh. The milks cheaper than some, but hey ho it's milk. Their bloomer bread is nice for 99p but Sainsburys giraffe bread is better at a quid.

bulldog D
Don't worry, there's always Waitrose. Absolutely and they give me a free coffee everytime I visit, not like those Aldi and Lidl lot!
