  5. I'm same as both as you DS is 4 in Dec. Still on the subject of school - has anyone got any info regarding catchment areas?? We're in S9 - Wincobank but i would prefer/like for my son to go to either Hillsbro or Rivelin as my mum is in Hillsbro and will be collecting him from work due to me working. Tried calling the council education but constantly engaged xxx

  7. I buy a monthly travel master which can be used on all buses/trams/local trains etc so the financial changes don't really affect me. However i use the 120/40/44 to travel to work at rhh So....now i only have the option of the 120 (first and Stagecoach) Used this service three times this week and wasn't impressed. The frequency is not as good, all the buses turning up were packed to the rafters. Hell knows what it will be like when kids are back at school. First impression is a big thumbs down from me
  8. I'm hooked! Think i've cried at some point during every episode so far. Now Luther has ended it's definately my fave programme at the moment
  9. Absolutely loved it! We went last also. Like someone else said, would have been great to be in more than place at the same time as there were so many fantastic acts about. I thought the atmosphere was lots better today, we were out and about down West st yesterday and there was a definate "tension" in the air due to the football element. We took kids today and it was soooo relaxed and chilled out! Well done Tramlines, looking forward to next year already!
  10. Have you tried Next?? They've got a sale on at min and have loads of maternity wear online!
  11. The cupcakes there are gorgeous! I popped in a few weeks after missing bus, staff are really friendly and welcoming. A few tables and then a comfy sofa with a chest of toys and books.........oh and they sell Our cow molly ice cream too!

Fantastic scenes, a couple that really made me say WOW. Really enjoy watching these films and this one didn't disappoint at all. Cameo from Hugh Jackman too. 9/10 Gnomeo and Juliet - Kids absolutely loved this. Colourful and well made, very enjoyable 7.5/10
  14. Ah i'm so pleased! it's great to know they have gone to a loving home, ever since Toy story i get sentimental about getting rid of stuff. When i get rid of anything else i'll let you know xx
  15. Got a huge bag of toys and some other bits! The v tech walker has been reclaimed by my girly!! will pm you with my details!
  16. My 21 month old is going thru a clingy stage at minute, plus she's struggling with her teeth so usually wakes up in night. To be honest i love snuggling with her at night whenever she comes into our bed (hubby usually gets kicked out ) she loves to hold my hand too. I'm making the most of it cos my 3 and half year old loves his own bed!! It def makes life easier, tho i never sleep "right" as i'm always conscious that she's there
  17. I've def got a ride on car and a vtech walker (without the phone) you can have. Going to have a sort out later so no doubt will have more for you, i def need a toy cull!!! I don't drive unfortunately so someone will have to call for them. I'm at Wincobank! shellxx
  18. Lost touch with an old friend a few years ago. Last time i knew her she was living in Whitby, after moving there a few years before. Grew up in Sheffield and previously lived at Norton - her maiden name was Ketteringham. Approx 50 ish and has a daughter called Lauren who is about 26. Would be grateful for any info Thanks a lot!
  19. Russell Crowe everytime!! especially as Maximus in Gladiator
  20. Limitless - 9/10. Lots of twists and turns. Robert De Niro and Bradley Cooper are both brilliant in it. Loved it! Insidious - 8.5/10 Scary as hell i thought! Haven't seen Paranormal activity yet but thought i'd give this one a go. Lots of jumpy bits, feels very creepy right from the start. Enjoyed it in a sadistic kinda way
  21. There sure is, he stayed at our house a few weeks ago!
  22. Totally agree!! Had a curry delivered a couple of weeks ago, absolutely gorgeous (chicken tikka Masala) Not the cheapest around but def worth it in my opinion!
  23. I take my 3 year old Tazmanian devil to Fella's in Hillsbro. £5 before 5pm on a weekday, girl there not sure of her name - slim, long black hair is great when we've been, it's usually quiet in the daytime (or it has been when we've been in before) Joe was exactly the same but he's getting more used to it now he's been a few times. Good luck!! x
