I was really surprised at how bad it was for me I thought it would be really nice there.

Iv been in twice and had awful experiences both times. Today I stood Waiting at the the “wait to be seated” sign for 15 minutes whilst the ample staff walked up and down the shop doing anything but come over to serve me. I ended up walking out of there as I didn’t want to wait any longer and found it really rude. My first experience wasn’t much better but I did eventually get served that time at least!. Anyone else had this?

Yes thank you but it's not a decision I want to complain about, it's the fact that iv been waiting 5 months for a decision and they have and still are doing nothing but mess me around. So it's the process itself I want to complain about. They are an absolute shambles, honestly.

Oh great! They must have policies and guidelines to stick to surely?!

I want to make a formal complaint against the Sheffield city councils housing benefits department. I know how to do this but would like to do my homework first. Does anyone know how I could look up their policies/procedures info? Thanks.

Ok wise guys so I am panicking over nothing! And the middle eastern man story was similar to the one I was told about Boxing Day so I'm guessing you have seen/heard it too!! I did give my friend the same response to be fair, but secretly Gave it some thought.

Probably going to sound like a complete panic here but Iv been told by a friend this morning that staff from shops in Meadowhall are saying the shops have had deliveries of body bags!! as Meadowhall is on high alert for terrorist acts. Another rumour is the place is going to be attacked on Boxing Day. We all have Christmas shopping to do and lives to be getting on with, but are we risking our lives by going to Meadowhall?! What are your thoughts/views?

Just to add to the positives, my son started y7 at forge valley in September and is really enjoying it there. He's had a couple of issues but when I have contacted the the school regarding these they have always got back to me with updates. The head of y7 is really helpful. I have met with the head over some concerns over work being too easy and he was responsive and acted on what we spoke about. My son needs extra support with some things and the staff are helping him. I was adamant my son wasn't going to Forge Valley and extremely upset when I realised I had no choice!. I now have to admit I am suprised at how happy my son is there and now my daughter will start there in September and I am confident she will be just as happy there.

Mines on a timer, on at 6am-8am so it's warm to wake up to and then again 6pm-8pm. There's definitely a chill in the air now so we need it on but I can't sleep with it on I have done it by mistake before and we woke up feeling all stuffy

I over stayed my welcome in a private car park over a year ago and have ignored the letters they have sent me over the past few months. Now I have a bailiff company writing to me about it instead saying if I don't respond someone will come out to discuss the matter and collect items from my home (yeah right!!). What do I do? Keep ignoring?
