I keep hearing this Financial burden mentioned. Surely it cost more to pay for the damages to properties, stolen cars and then court cost then banging them up. The Tax payer picks up the Bill or the "Financial Burden" either way.

I know some people what did National Service they were horrified at the thought of it, some did hate it with a vengence and some after completion signed up for regular service hence enjoying a great life. It doesn't just instill disipline but gets youngens who are in a bit of a going nowhere rut off the street and gives them some purpose. Some will disagree with my thoughts. No Probs.
