Can't argue with that, although a major redevelopment doesn't happen overnight - but really, is a shop changing owner/tenant such a big deal?

I don't think many Sheffield High Street/Fargate shoppers will be holding their breath until the 'perhaps' event,

Hope they aren't of the type that get slippery after rain - difficult to tell from the photo, but I'll see next week when I visit the city centre. Otherwise, they look OK.

Hopefully not like the ones on Howard Street, slippery customers after a bit of rain on them.

 

Fargate ones look nice though.

The Howard Street ones are horrendous, especially for a steepish, longish incline. Yep, they look nice.
