  2. Athletic won 3-2 at Old Trafford and 2-1 at the San Mamés. I watched both games and Bilbao outplayed Manchester United in both games.

  5. I like the Isle of Wight; Ventnor, Yarmouth, Seaview, Godshill, Cowes and Bembridge are also nice places to visit. Sandown is ok but I feel it needs a lick of paint, it's certainly seen better days.

  11. I've done whole mackerel in foil a few times in the oven and it's been great. Some cajun seasoning with olive oil is a good combo to drizzle over it and a bit of grated ginger and garlic, soy sauce and spring onions gives it a nice kick wrapped in foil.

  13. Hi discodown, I find that oily fish like mackerel and sardines are perfect for cooking whole, particularly on the barbecue.
  14. I do this with mackerel when on holiday, I put them on the barbecue whole and after cooking pick away with some crusty bread, olive oil and lemon.

  21. Anyone had any problems this afternoon, I tried paying for a few groceries about an hour ago to no avail, I tried withdrawing £10 and the machine said contact your card issuer. I've tried contacting HSBC via their 0845 automated service and it says that this service in unavailable at the moment.
  22. Very sad, I remember getting his autograph after the close of play at Abbeydale Park in a county championship game around 1983/84, I was 15 or 16 years of age. RIP Graham Dilley, you'll be remembered.
  23. Clumber Park will be great for a picnic today and it's only a short drive from Eckington.
