im not sure i would bother yet, your cards will out perform one single new card, prob wait till next year then it may be worth while on whatever is coming then, it is rumoured to be a big jump up. Your card is basically a GTX 770 which is what i have and it performs with everything on ultra at 1080p with no problems on anything i have thrown at it.

+1 for the gtx 970 its a great card and will last much longer than the 650 has. It really is great value for money at the current launch prices too! I got the 770 last year at launch and was £320.
