  1. Why does your partner want you to wear glasses when you don’t need them?
  2. What issue? Basic copy and paste is no different on any windows version, right back to 95 and up to 10. The same could be said for MacOS too; the functionality is fairly standard.
  3. Why wouodn’t the council address the issues with mold or dampness; are they are suggesting it is caused by something beyond their control? Can you move into acommodation that is not provided by the council?
  4. What industry or sector is this employment within? Or better still, what is the company name? It may give people abetter understanding of the circumstance then.
  5. December 2017 it was still working according to this BBC video.
  6. Fishing for mackrel off the pier on the North Shore.
  7. The problem with suggesting the child is sick, leads to potential complications when they find you and your child are lying. I’m not sure of the consequences explicitly, but I believe they can then bring in the “truant officers” to visit your home etc. Depends how the school/teachers want to deal with situation. If your child was/is supposed to be sick enough to be off for a number of days, but then goes back with a tan and talking with friends about the death slides in the waterpark at Majorca, or the camels he/she saw on the beach in Tenerife, it’ll likely end up with letters from the headteacher questioning the absence. Just be honest and pay the fine if it’s given. A child will gain way more from a family holiday than they ever would from the week they would miss at school. There are of course exceptions and it is down to timing and responsible parenting with the decisions that come with that. The argument against it is that it “disrupts the rest of the class” on the childs return and the teacher has to help that child catch up. I don’t beleive a word of it. A younger child doesn’t miss anything specifically important and an older child would be able to “fill in the gaps” themselves quite easily.
  8. Just pay them. Not worth the battle you’d have if you don’t. You wouldn’t win anyway. It’s way cheaper to pay the fines that it would be to holiday outside of term time. Just remember that they can fine both parents per child though. So for a single absence, assuming both parents are still alive (regardless of living arrangements or custody), that could be £120 per child. Note that the fine is issue’d on behalf of the council rather than the school itself. Although the school does have a little influence on that decision.
  9. You could try disabling the routing through the default gateway. It’s an option under the TCP/IPv4 settings of the network connection.
  10. ÂŁ455 is less than ÂŁ460. That makes it less than ÂŁ20 a game if there are 23 home games to be played. ÂŁ19.78 per game to be precise.
  11. It would probably suggest the man is not from Sheffield if he is staying in a Sheffield hotel too.
12. The apps wil still work. You just won’t be able to update them without entering the old credentials again. Note that you can also “share” apps by signing the accounts in through the Family Sharing options. You can both be set with virtually the same access etc.
  13. I am unsure on the point trying to be made. Respond about about the topic without making it personal? If so, that’s a lot of words to suggest something that is widely understood, especially if you are referring to online mediums.
  14. Pretty ironic posting a link to an unknown source.
  15. I want to be a tree. The Prudential were way ahead of the crowd.
  16. I’d be concerned how she held all the information you said she does about you. Clearly something suspicous about the suggested proposal, but the real issue here is how she has your information. The majority of that detail is not in the public domain unless you are very lacking with security of your personal infomation. You should follow up and try and find how this information was obtained.
  17. What is the intention? The Samsung Magician software just looks like an application to keep the firmware up to date, analyse performce, and configure option on their SSD’s. It’s probably due to it being connected via USB rather than native SATA. If you are wanting to clone the internal drive to the external SSD, the following guide will help and uses Easus ToDo Backup software which is fairly intuitive. https://www.easeus.com/backup-utility/how-to-migrate-to-a-solid-state-disk-without-reinstalling-windows.html
  18. See the link above. Severn Trent themselves lost the water they supply as “moderately hard” to an S12 postcode. What do you know that the company who supply it don’t?
  19. Is it just this “shiny tray” that’s the issue and made from something that reacts unfavourably with the water? (would be ironic given it’s purpose) Can’t you remove that bit of the contraption and just stand it on the built in sink drain? See if you get the same issue.
  20. I believe water is fed from two separate sources and therefore two sepeate companies. South and West of Sheffield from Severn Trent (moderately hard water), and North and East from Yorkshire water (soft). However, I also believe the suppliers can “share” water and pump between potential sources if the need requires. Could be completely wrong, and someone with better knowledge can correct me, but I know S12 is Sveren Trent and has predominantly hard water where as S6 is Yorkshire water which is soft.
