d71146 Posted March 22, 2013 Share Posted March 22, 2013 I travel over to Hillsborough on a regular basis from Rotherham to visit my relatives I have taken to stick to the main roads and the Sheffield Parkway and around the Sheffield one way system to Hillsborough because the local roads are in such a bad condition,Meadowbank road in particular its a long way round but avoids potential damage to my car the attitude of the Councils seems to be a 'tell em what their gerrin' attitude.
