It may now be sold, under offer or temporarily withdrawn from the market.  Standard EA speak for taken off the market due to nobody being interested.  As with many houses today, it's clearly priced too high for the current market (now that the sluice gates of cheap credit have been shut off).  But I'm sure Naz doesn't just want to "give it away". I mean, look at all the money he's "earned" (by just living in it and doing sod all). It'll stay unsold until he gets the right price.  Perhaps he needs to build a time machine and go back to 2008?
