Margy Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 At the Black Country museum butchers yesterday they had Sheffield Links displayed. When we moved from Sheffield in 1958 we had never heard of them before coming to the Midlands. I have a feeling maybe they were saying that in the steel industry Sheffield links were inferior to those of the black country. I think they are a sort of polony?
