Bargepole23
Well said! Nope. Insular, yes. Unthinking, yes. How do you think this country will survive and grow without easy and multiple connections to our trading partners?
ANGELFIRE1
I doubt it. http://www.cityam.com/253538/channel-tunnel-worth-914bn-uk-eu-trade-analysts-allay These Brextremists are off their rockers. I wonder how we managed for hundreds of years before the Tunnel. Angel1.
Mister Gee
I wonder how we managed for hundreds of years before the Tunnel. Angel1. Probably the same way we got by without the internet.
tinfoilhat
I wonder how we managed for hundreds of years before the Tunnel. Angel1. We got in ships and took what we like from where liked, more often than using large amounts of violence - and we're now hoping to woo these "trading partners" post brexit. I hope they have as little grasp on history as you do.
Bargepole23
I wonder how we managed for hundreds of years before the Tunnel. Angel1. We managed in a completely different way in a completely different world, as I'm sure you know.

Bargepole23
No , why would i want too ? Experience other cultures. Meet people living in different cultures. Work in different countries. Broaden your outlook and life experiences. You know, all the things that you Brexiteers love to hate. Do you have children and / or grandchildren? If so, do you want them to never be able to work and travel freely in Europe? Edited December 10, 2017 by Bargepole23
