downhiller
Well she does bring it on herself. She has a million quid of our money. She claims riots will result from service cuts. Does she spend that money on services? No. She spunks it up the wall on reports about "fairness". Why? Because in her head you can't spend money on services that may have to be cut in the future, so it's best to just waste it. She is utterly useless, that's why she cops for so much stick. Its a sheffield blood sport slagging the council.Always has been so dont try to spoil their fun.

andygardener
Like the council scoring an own goal every week? SCC seem to employ a 0-0-10 system, with all the strikers pointed at their own net.
gnvqsos
Like the council scoring an own goal every week? Very good-the place is full of strikers, who find it hard to defend their action.
downhiller
Having an inept council makes it easy to poke them with a stick. There again, according to many contributers to "The Star", letters columns ,we have had "inept councils" as far back as I can recall.and thats going back many years. downhiller
This latest crazy idea from the council is a loads of codswallop. No amount of money will change areas like Pitsmoor, Burngreave, parson cross and the manor into the Dore`s ,Fulwood and Wirlow. you will always have rich and poor areas in any city, its the way it is ,and always will be. No, I agree all cities have areas of rich and poor but Sheffields` are concentrated to-gether at opposite ends of the city. Other cities have poor areas spread around the area.
