  1. I doubt any insurer would cover "bad workmanship" in addition the fact that it has gone on for 6 years then there is very little chance you could claim from your insurer. All insurers state any claim should be reported to them "as soon as possible", i'm afraid 6 years is too late.
  2. Does not affect insurance at all. Removing will probably leave glue blobs. Which will mean you will end up having to replaster. Might just be worth overbarding & then a skim coat. We have the same issue in our bathroom.
  3. Also used Jeff for exactly the same job, he supplied & fitted 9 internal doors for us, no problems & recommended.
  4. Anyone know a rough cost to install an artificial lawn approx 18ft x 14ft. Don't want to get people in to quote if the rough costs are too much.
  5. We were pleased with our suite from The Bathstore. Can also recommend Dan (post 2) for fitting.
  6. We can recommend Jeff, he did 9 for us recently.
  7. Can recommend Jeff. He supplied & fitted 9 internal doors for us.
  8. We never had any problems & only recently moved up the road as we needed a bigger house. Suppose it depends where in Hillsborough. We lived off Rudyard Road & it was quiet & easy to get to the tram/pubs/shops etc.
  9. Jeff supplied & fitted 9 doors for us. We can recommend him

  15. Hello Not happy with our window cleaner, turns up when he wants & when he does the job is poor. The corners of the glazing are still dirty after he has left. Can anyone recommend me a cleaner in S6 (lower Stannington) 3 bed SDH. We have them cleaned once a month & currently pay £5.00. If this is in the wrong section then please move it (Mods) Cheers Shaun
  16. We can recommend Dan, he did a full refurb of our bathroom.
  17. Thanks for your reply, so I assume you would fit a moulding of some sort to hide the gap?
