Hello there, I am renting out my flat, and I need someone to come and do an electrical safety PAT test. Wonder if any of you forum-ers know someone who could do this?!! I preferably need someone to come round on either Saturday 22nd, or Friday 28th, or Saturday 29th December. Merry Xmas Jim -
Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I need to get Certificates for both Gas and Electricity Safety so that I can rent out my flat. Can anyone recommend any company or person that can do this for me in Sheffield? For some reason I cannot seem to find anyone using the internet. Hi, I'm thinking of selling my Sheffield flat privately. I've had a look at other threads in this forum, but wondered if anyone has any other experience or advice, or any recommendations on who does Conveyancing for a reasonable fee? Many thanks Jim
