  4. Rich, calm down, most people are only trying to help, go away from the computer, take a few deep breaths, think of something calming then come back again. as for others, you know who you are, stop trying to wind Rich up on this and other threads
  5. it depends how many people are living there, what size building it is and if you are in all day or out at work a lot while i was at home most of the time my gas and electric came to jsut under £20 a month each, now i'm working full time they have both gone down significantly as i'm not heating the house most of the time, nor watching the tv or having the computer on....

  17. exercise does apprently work if its 'mild' pain, but seriously, if its bad, then nothing helps short of serious painkillers

  19. I ticked all but the 'just moody' as i get all the rest together! I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 years ago and since treatment for that i've improved slightly, but the only thing thats really helped is the implant which just stops periods altogether, even the 'easier' ones were hell for a good few days! Seriously, you shouldn't be suffering more than a mild discomfort and certainly not for more than a day or so, if you do get down to the doc and demand a referral to a gynae! don't let them fob you off, ITS NOT NORMAL and every womand DOESN'T get pain like that! my rant for today

I had heard rumours about one being built in doncaster, sensible really as it already has the distribution centre!
