YakQueudrue
Bread and pasta seem to be the choice. Today I've had:- A tin of tuna Five thick slices of brown bread Two bowls of home made vegatable soup 1 bag of crisps A Ham sandwich a 1/2 lb cheese burger. Plus 5 pints of Stella. Am I looking at an early grave or my aim of putting on a bit of weight? The Stella came between the sarnie and burger by the way.
Guest
You might want to put on weight, but do you really want to put on lard? If you eat more and exercise less, you'll certainly bulk up, but it will be in the form of fat of course. Fat does have a tendency to appear just where you don't want it. Do you really crave a beer belly and wobbly thighs? Get yourself to the gym and lift some weights. You'll still bulk up and put on weight, but it will be in the form of muscle - far more aesthetically pleasing.

Agent Orange
Don't go for beer and all the junk food as that will just make you fat and give you no nutritional value whatsoever. If you are wanting to bulk up then I would suggest lots of exercise, especially weights, eating lots of high protein foods as well as carborhydrates. This way you will get to control your weight by putting it on at a steady healthy rate.
Sultana
A moderate amount of exercise might increase your appetite, as well as building muscle tone. Maybe try to have 1 less pint per day & more brown bread & wholemeal pasta/rice for bulk. I wish I had the same problem - I can put 2 pounds on just looking at a dripping sarnie!
