How do you put weight on?

I've decided I want to put weight on. I'm not under weight, but just want to add some bulk to my frame. I'm what you'd probably call an athletic build, fit and healthy but just want to add a little weight.

 

Can anyone reccomend the best way to go about it?

 

(The two 1/2 lb cheeseburgers I've just ordered are purely because I'm hungry......)

Go and work in Stoke for 8 months and be force fed massive meals at the mansion you get to stay at....worked for me, I put on 3 stone. Took a lot longer than 8 months to shift the wieght off though!

 

Seriously though, eat lots of bread and pasta, things high in carbohydrate. Even though you are looking to bulk up you want to try and stay away from saturated fats, unless ofcourse you are looking for a heart attack to match your new "keg".

Best way to put weight on is to eat at:

 

1 McDonalds

2 Burger King

 

That should to the trick :thumbsup:
