What on earth are you talking about?

Would you care to explain where all these local shops, facilities and  plentiful, efficient public transport, are coming from?

Who's going to build them and when and where, and where is all the money coming from to pay for them?

Who's going to provide this great public transport system for us and when and, who's going to pay for that too?

 

You sound very much like a politician reading out his vote winning manifesto which sounds great until someone has to set about providing it.

Have you not noticed how HS2 started, how it was cut back,  and how it turned down to a trickle and then stopped completely?

 

4 questions there for you just in case you think there is even the remotest possibility of all that happening.
