Well unless that woman was lying about paying 700 in fines and being over 2000 pound in debt for fines visiting her son in hospital daily which I doubt you sick sort of someone to do that.

Oxfordshire councilors have stated they going ahead with it and called it a trail please go have a look and find how the people are getting on with it and then come back It plans to limit your movement within your city if that ok with you that fine but its not with me.

I'm not sure you could ask the people of Oxfordshire as it is happening there, they are calling it a trail but why would the waste all that money putting camera up and barrier between zone (which are being pull out of the ground a driven straight over quite often)

This has already been implemented in Oxfordshire and it was discussed in house of commons about what to do, they just said petition and write to your local councillors

Firstly last I checked this free country and you should be able to travel any where you want in your car for what ever reason you want not limited Second one is clearly talking about people who look after there elderly relatives who cant so these thing for them self for example go keep them company do shopping, cleaning there house cook them tea, not everyone chooses to send them to care homes Next one. A woman in Oxfordshire where this is already implemented has payed 700 pound in fine and is now over 2000 pound in debt from fine that she can't afford to pay all for going to visit her sick son In hospital daily. Next one of course giving people fines is going to make people more poor that's a no brainer and they already had a meeting on the 2nd of Feb regarding this matter and like I said before already implemented in Oxfordshire Sheffield econmy and shop that had customer from all over sheffeild is not restricted to people in the 15 min zone clearly going to effect profits. So if you have use your 100 trip out your zone a year and then your child need to be taken to the hospital last thing you want to think is am I going to get fined and unfortunately like the poor woman from Oxfordshire you will be. People would try to drive around cause I don't know about you but I go out hiking visiting friend and more than a 100 times a year. And on places of worship you have you a congragation community which you go to. People are not about to change church because the goverment tell them to. Again please check the sheffield city council website they had a meet on the 2nd of Feb The councilors are supposed to do thing that make your life better not harder. As human we naturaly sociable. Taking this away from people is going to effect people mental health look how bad it got with lock down record number And that make one of you, some people can't walk 20 min and like talking to people face to face I respect your opinion for people that enjoy seeing friend family and socialising this simply won't do

The sheffield city Council Website type in 15 minute city into Google it will pop up but also research Oxfordshire 15 minute which is already in place and listen to the people over 2000 pound in debt because they go to visit there sick children in hospital

I 100% percent agree that why I've done this petition to stop it. If it get enough traction and we are ignored which I'm assuming we will be like Oxfordshire, at least the people of Sheffield can see it clear tyranny and hopefully rise up against these authortarian councilors

IF YOU DRIVE IN SHEFFIELD THIS CONCERN YOU!! Sheffield City Council has decided to turn sheffield into a 15 minute city, this means sheffield will be split into parts and you will only be aloud to leave you zone 100 time a year, If you leave your zone more you will be fined every time you do. This is a complete over reach of power and will only make people more poor during this living crisis. If you visit relative regularly it will be limited to 100 times, If you have loved ones in hospital for a long period of time and you visit them daily you will still be charge when you go over your 100 trip to the next zone. I am trying to get the word out as hardly anyone know about this. They have already done this in Oxfordshire against the people will.
