He’s due to have a re-trial later this year.

It has cost thousands of £s already,  the justice system needs overhauling - Giggs  and his ex-girlfriend thave to wait until July for his re-trial it must be an awful strain

Not at all. If the jury believe there is reasonable doubt then they should find a defendant not guilty. If there is reasonable doubt it doesn't mean any accusers have committed perjury.

I agree with your sentiment. It's wrong in my opinion that Giggs or Mendy should face retrials  after juries failed to find them guilty in their original trials. It's a waste of taxpayers money by allowing the prosecution to have another bite of the cherry.
