I've had my pen, paper and calculator out, and can now accurately predict the final places of the four clubs involved in this mire.

The final table will look like this, believe me. 😉

Coventry 46 points

Birmingham 42 points (-29)

Wednesday 41 points (- 23)

Rotherham 40 points

Wycombe (Relegated)

Ooops! I robbed Brum of a point. Now edited.

WE'RE DOOMED!!!!

What's your predictions?

Wow, I've just run the figures and I came up with this.

19th) Wednesday  49pts

20th) Derby               48pts

21st) Coventry         48pts

22nd) Birmingham 46pts

23rd) Rotherham    44pts

24th) Wycombe       34pts

I didn't realise, i'll take that.

That would be incredible to reach that target I may have calculated wrong but I can only see two ways that points total can be achieved, one involves only two losses out of 9 games and the other involves no losses.

You have flagged up an error, for some reason I'd given Wednesday an extra game which I had down as a draw. The results were as follows,

Watford away 0 pts

Cardiff home 3 pts

QPR away 1 pt

Bristol City home 3 pts

Blackburn home 3 pts

Boro away 1 pt

Forest home 3 pts

Derby away 1 pt

Swansea home 1 pt

That would be one defeat, 4 draws and 4 wins.

Anything is possible until it is impossible if they do that they will deserve to stay up.

I doubt they will.

We could just accept they're both down but where would the fun be in that.

I'm missing my bookies!  Would love to go in and put something on us staying up (at 200-1 if I could find a PaddyPower shop).  Perhaps also a double on both Blades and Owls surviving.  That should pay for a few beers when/if the pubs open again!
