It's a big restaurant, able to get lots of folks around the same table, and the food and service is good, portions are good too, and it's not expensive. I don't think Hui Wei is ideal for big parties tbh because it's mainly "booth seating" with limited space around any one table. It's pretty much, "cafe style" which is what you said you didn't want.
