I was right, he was leasing the properties and then not paying the head landlord, while filling his pockets with the rental income and failing to maintain the properties. What a shyster!

Well known con man/cowboy builder/rouge landlord.

Linked to quite a few companies with few aliases.

Lets hope that they wont end there and do him for tax evasion.

Also all people who lost money should sue him.

Oh yes, had the pleasure a few times. One of the least likeable people I've ever met.

 

Couldn't agree more, and I haven't had any dealings with him for about 10 years. He was dodgy as? back then. Thoroughly unpleasant individual.

And the story continues. This was in the Star Newspaper and in the Yorkshire Post on the 6th September, 2017. I notice it mentions another address in Bakewell but it's definitely the same person.
