Prince Phillip's health

Recommended Posts

They can do when they are older :)

Yes they do. He will have an enlarged prostate which comes with age so frequent trips to the toilets are needed, if he doesn't go often then he will get a bladder infection....he may have prostate cancer but he may not either..on this subject, you just got to go with what they say

Always sounds good, that "peoples" bit. Generally adopted by politicians who have no intention of giving the "peoples" much say in how the country will be run, a choice of parties to vote for and ensuring said politicians will remain in power for life.

Yep, probably right but it will happen in the 5-10 years or so when this current generation have croaked it. Not many younger people of this country like or support the monarchy.

You've obviously got facts and figures to prove this?

Seems you're quite off the mark with your statement.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-38332/Monarchy-given-boost-poll.html

"The monarchy still has overwhelming public support, an exclusive poll for the Daily Mail reveals.

Seven out of ten people flatly reject any suggestion of a republic.

The figure, virtually unchanged for almost a decade, shows that the monarchy has survived the furore over the Countess of Wessex unscathed.

Fewer than one in five people back the idea of turning the United Kingdom into a republic. Older people, those over 55, overwhelming back the monarchy. More than four in five, 83 per cent, do so.

But even among those under 35, the youngest age group and the one generally thought most sympathetic to abolition, some 59 per cent would rather have a sovereign than a president.

I think Prince Phillip is a misunderstood person and some of the press have picked up on remarks he has made making out he is being insulting when he is just being funny (though sometimes in a tactless way)

It was reported that he had been unkind to Princess Diane during the break down of the marriage, but letters he wrote to her that have recently been revealed to the public have proved otherwise and have shown how concerned he was.

Remember when he walked behind the coffin at the funeral,he didn't have to do that the boys wanted him to,the gesture where he put his arm around Prince Harry at that time appeared spontanious and moving,he is not known for displaying his feelings in public.
