shinyhappy68
Yes, it works. I've done it before, but as they don't bother me massively I forget to do it regularly. Just pop a few behind sofas, TV stands, bedside tables etc. OH thinks I'm mad but it really does work. The ingredients in "No More Spiders" spray include clove oil and chestnut extract, it repells them but not harm them, so theres ya answer
AllAboutMe
I feel your pain...i am **** scared of spiders...in fact reading this has made me feel sick! I try not to freak when I see them in the house when the kids are around as I dont want to pass my fears onto them. I found a biggie behind the setee the other day but luckily i was hoovering so just stuck the hoover attachment on it....i did leave the hoover running for a good 5 mins after though and made hubby empty it! I do have a few conkers placed on window sills around the house...not sure whether it works or not but it gives me peace of mind!

NewUpNorf
I feel your pain. I am absolutely petrified of them!!! I have done alllsorts- from tipping the contents of my bathroom cabinet on them (shower gel/ hair mousse/ hairspray etc) and cleaning it up the next day, to blasting one with an air rifle! (when i lived at home- mum still has a small hole in the kitchen wall- I got it tho!) No spider survives inmy house- they get squashed. I'm hoping the legend of my house gets passed down generations to the baby spiders so they learn not to come in my house or they die! (works at my mums- after 21 years living there, she never gets spiders now!) When I first moved to Sheff I would find 2-3 big buggers in my house a DAY and thought well thats it, i'm gonna have to move out. Then I bought this... http://www.primrose-london.co.uk/advanced-spider-repeller-whole-house-p-1277.html?cPath=24_147&RSPHPSESSID=gt4b8rui4v91ha02a0vmrrgmc0 and it is a godsend! I have it plugged in all the time and very very rarely get a spider, and if I do its a little one! Could not do without it now- WELL worth it!!! I didnt have endorsment but you have a 60 day money back thing if it doesnt work! I've had mine plugged in since I got it. Just make sure you put it on the right settings for spiders- it tells you how. Hope it works!
