A HUGE thank you to Jeff Smith ( username jsmith2009, aka Jeff the joiner) and his crew who have just completed a full refurb of our new house. We had a full rewire / new central heating inc boiler/ shower room / toilets / windows & loads of plastering. Also took down a wall ( and Jeff liaised with building regs for us as we left them to it & went on holiday).

Jeff himself has done a great job rehanging doors, new skirting, fitting our new kitchen and done an amazing job fitting flooring in the kitchen/ diner.

Couldn't have done it with out you Jeff thank you so so much.

Wouldn't use any other joiner, recommend Jeff every time.

Another thumbs up for Mick Mitchell who did some decorating for me recently.

Excellent workmanship as always. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Also thanks to Mally, Leepy, & Jeff the joiner for advice on a recently discovered damp issue.

My son is in the smallest bedroom, it is not tiny but has boxed in piping running around the edge taking up valuable space.

Currently he is in an Ikea toddler bed that has the legs in a bit from the end so that the end of the bed meets the wall (over the pipe if you see what I mean!).

He is rapidly outgrowing this bed and I've been looking at a cabin bed with a bit of storage underneath it, however, they're all flush at the ends so we'd waste a 4" or so space.

Can anyone recommend me someone to build in sturdy bedroom furniture please?

He has a pine wardrobe and chest of drawers already.

TIA

Can anyone recommend any good packages (through experience), im only looking at a package that is around £10 per month that will cover me for boiler repairs, central heating and also include an annual boiler service.

Something similar to the British Gas 100 & 200 packages, however the £99 excess seems quite high and was wondering if there were more competitive deals out there?

Note: I appreciate that £99 excess might be really good in the event of a really expensive repair, but was just wondering what other packages people recommend.

Plumbing.

Stuart Swan tel no 07757028912

Used him for the first time today for replacing some dripping taps.

Rang at 10.30a.m. and he was able to call mid afternoon with his colleague Adam.

It wasn't a straightforward job but they sorted it and the price was entirely reasonable.A

pleasure to do business with.

Try Corgi homeplan we are one of their approved engineers. Their cover is around 19.99 per month no excess, I think they also offer a 3 year deal at a cheaper rate. they replace when they can't replace. Loads of people we are seeing are ex Bg due to the massive cost difference ! Good luck
