What do you think of the 5 stroke engine?

10% improvement on the conventional 4 stroke engine. Provides 150bhp per litre. I think 4 strokes will become obsolete.

From that video it looks like it's a type of a compound engine. If steam engines have been successfully using the principle to gain efficiency for centuries, it's reasonable to suspect it could be successfully applied to internal combustion engines.

We've got a 5-cylinder car, excellent engine!

(5-stroke sounds interesting as well by the way)
