Will explain my review. Me and hubby ordered tomatoe and basil soup - when it came it was french onion, hubby doesn't like it and when I tasted it it was awful - we had not been asked if the change was ok. We sent it back. I had the bombadier steak and ale pie but where was the steak cos I couldn't find it. The chocolate gateau was ok but what can be difficult in opening a box and taking it out. As for the waiting staff - the ones we had were surly to say the least. We went to the Crispin Inn at Great Longstone a few weeks ago and it was far better

October is fine - not wall to wall sunshine and can be a little breezy but dry and favourable weather for sightseeing

Been tonight for a special occasion and it was rubbish - the food wasn't good and neither was the service:gag:

If its gone then its gone. Its bad that you didn't split before she became pregnant but we all learn from our mistakes and you do certainly need to learn from this one. However, you've got a baby to think of and to be honest I wouldn't have wanted my hubby to stay with me if he felt this way about me and I don't think it would have led to a happy atmosphere in the family nest. Personally I think you should tell her how you feel, it will be hard but life is sometimes. Whether she'll want you to have anything to do with the baby that's for you to find out but hopefully she will.

I've heard a similar things happens in Turkey where new arrivals are targetted in their villas. Locals wait for holidaymakers to go out and then raid their accommodation

Sorry but beg to differ, have been there six times with no problems.

We once did a similar thing and shouted out of the window, looking back I should have gone round and spoken to them the day after - we live in private housing whereas if you live in a HA area at least you can complain to the HA to readdress the situation. If it happens again complain to the HA, if they've already had complaints another one might put the seal on it and then you might get restful nights

Personally if I was a neighbour I wouldn't be happy about her being buried near where I live. If they wanted her close by they could have had a cremation and then put the ashes in their garden - as they've not got that option now I think they should let the poor woman RIP

I used to organise conferences and St Marys is the best venue for location, room and if you have their buffet quality of food - 75% is a bit steep, perhaps you could negotiate that.

Hi, has anyone stayed at this hotel in Shark's Bay, Sharm el Sheikh. When we booked it there was very good reviews on Trip Advisor but of late its been having really bad reviews. We've only paid a small deposit so far and I'm in two minds about cancelling. Just wondered if anyone had been and if so what you thought of it.

Hi sorry to hear your suffering from panic attacks. I have suffered them over the years, occasionally get the beginnings of one now but have learned how to control them. The feelings I got are feeling very hot, sweaty, have had to quickly get out of places and want to get back to my home asap. At these times I think I'm going to die and it all ends up being a turmoil in my mind. Firstly, don't take any medication to deal with this all this will do is mask the attacks and when you come off the meds you'll be in a worse position than before. Hyperventilation brings on panic attacks. I started with them not at times of stress but when the stress was over and they just kicked in out of the blue. Keep a paper bag with you and when you start an attack breathe into this. Its a case of mind over matter and once you've managed to get your breathing into control it totally eases the situation and the feelings begin to subside. The problem with these attacks is that you can end up feeling crippled by them and it would be easy for fall into the trap of becoming agrophobic - I certainly felt like this and had to fight my way out of the attacks. Try looking at the Psychologies website I'm sure they will have covered this but there's plenty of help on the internet. Good luck, its hard conquering them and you have to be really strong to get through these feelings:love:

Any ideas on how to celebrate a silver wedding anniversary. There'll be various ages from 11yrs to 65. Have thought about having a house party and getting some catering done for us and having a small marquee but if anyone knows of a restaurant that's could for all ages with a bit of a party atmosphere please let me know:help:

It is excellent. Been there loads of times and had takeaways as had my daughter and fiancee who also live in the Woodhouse area. No-one has ever had a bad word about it. Recommend the dhansak and madras but I've never been let down by any of my choices there:thumbsup:

To be honest if you're lucky enough to own a BMW why would you want to go for a cheap option of servicing. I can vouch for Sytners and as they say you get what you pay for. With cars I've had (not BMW's) I've had them serviced at cheaper options and have always regretted it.

Relight my fire is my all time favourite - some of their recent stuff is really good 2. I took my daughter to Sheffield Arena to see them about 16 years ago and it was ace

We went to Cuba in March and stayed overnight in Havana. To be honest I would say that the 4* hotels in Havana are like our 2*. It is an amazing city and go go dancer has given a good review but I would do a bit of research on accommodation, ie Trip Advisor before going.

Yup am excited but have been a bit stressed today as I started to do the packing.

Stratford is great for a couple of nights. Me and hubby went last year staying at a B&B called First Night which is a good walk from the centre but brilliant accommodation and fantastic breakfasts
