I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house, large rooms downstairs. Downstairs is underfloor water heating, going in 4 rooms, in the hall way 1x large 4 column radiator, upstairs towel radiator in bathroom, 3 bedrooms have 2 column radiators in. I have a baxi 105 he combo boiler, this has an expansion valve on it. My rads upstairs seem to take an age to Heat up, and then I'm not sure if they are big enough to give out the correct heat. Also water pressure is rubbish. Will changing the boiler to a bigger flow rate and higher heat output solve most of these issues?

Hi all, i have quite a collection of toys we no longer need. They are all in very good condition but used. The hospital will no longer take 2nd had donations, I would rather they go to somewhere they will get used, and local groups or charities? I have searched the archives, last post was 2012.

Maybe a daft question, im looking at a loft conversion on top of a 2nd storey extension, i have no idea if this is technically possible. ?I dont want to start an archtect drawing plans if this is not so. Would a loft company be able to speak to me and advise where to start? Cheers

Are you aware that the police don't it people in prison, that is the cps... Police need more funding and more officers on the beat. More money is needed and not cuts.

Unskilled jobs for unskilled workers are hard to come by. People need to realise its 2014 and the steel works and pits are not going to Reopen... Sheffield has thousands of skilled very well paid jobs available..
