  4. ive looking for some advice from some tax experts (im sure there is a few on here) my situation is, i work a normal 9-5 office job through the week, but im also starting out as a freelance cameraman - ive only been doing volunteer and free work upto now. But i have a few paid jobs coming up, so what i want to know is, what the hell do i do! Do i have to register as freelance, in which case do i have to stop my 9-5 job? How do i setup to be taxed, and how is this worked out. Also part of my costs include the hire of equipment, so how do i avoid being taxed for these costs? any help would be much appreciated
  5. sounds like a scam to me, or are you paranoid or is it a scam or am i paranoid - is someone watching me?

How is the speed divided? we have just been upgraded to 4mb, but it seems slower than the original 2mb. also if the computer with the router is switched off, do i get the full 4mb on the wireless connection?
  9. Smash, tin of corned beef and lashings of brown sauce. only in my student days though.
  10. its a new dance craze going round, its all about the hop baby.
  11. nijaroo or furniture - plus many many more
  12. Ive seen some decent FORM pieces about, mostly old stuff but he's neat, he dont push the boundries but i like his lettering. Dial i believe is the same one thats been around for donkies, although i dont see the Dial "d" anymore, do people remember that? MIST1 is talented tho, again i havent seen loads but what i have seen is good. Has MIST1 done stuff in NYC or is that a different one?
  13. depends what you do now? Ive heard they pay well for traffic wardens in baghdad, even more for a lolly pop lady.
  14. i do like sheffield and its vibe, but Manchester has a bigger and better centre, especially for record shopping
  15. has anyone seen the spraycan art in the foyer at the Workstation, i think or in Site Gallery - i cant remember which? pretty good stuff tho, very tidy.
  16. t-rex? ive not seen this before - where is some of his stuff?
  17. Frosty works for Al Jazeera! its got to be safe if hes involved.
  18. yeah you are probably right, i dont think this job would really involve chilling with Osama though, it was a bit of a joke. I think they are advertising here as they want english speaking staff for the English speaking version of Aljazeera. What i found amusing is that they have offices in Washington DC.
  19. they respect Osama. I can see it being possibly a dangerous job, but that kinda appeals to me in a sense. The contract is for 3 years, so that maybe a bit too long to be working with Al Quaeda erm sorry i meant Al jazeera.
  20. dont be daft, they are friggin bus drivers - not life savers! some of these barstweards deserve about £2 an hour, miserable ********
  21. or would they respect me for working for al jazeera?
