Hi could someone recommend a mobile hairdresser for the hillsborough area if you know one or even better if you are one?

What soup do you give him? I know I got some from Morrisons the other day that was reduced salt. All this salt issue drives me mad, they also say they shouldnt have egg whites before they are one but to be honest I gave them my little girl a few weeks ago, surely scrambled egg is fine.

Can anyone give offer any help with foods that my baby girl can have now she is nearly 8 months. We have been giving her Ready Brek for breakfast and she has been having fromage frais as snacks but other than that I have been sticking to the baby foods. I am not a great cook so any easy recipes would be ace. Also just a bit stuck about the salt issue and how much they are actually allowed. The hv advised that she can basically have any adult food now but surely not the ones that contain salt. However can she eat the ones with reduced salt. Confused I am!!!

I am wanting to take my 7 month old to an indoor play area but unsure what would be best for her. She isnt mobile yet so appreciate she cant do much just want somewhere to take her for a change.
