SomeNextGuy   10 #38 Posted February 13, 2018 great result , and helped the Blades out (again).  Wasn't a bad result for us tonight. Derby are annual bottlers and it wouldn't surprise me if they started to slide a little bit.
 Share this content via...
rogets   141 #39 Posted February 13, 2018 Yep I can't see anything other than a defeat. I'm stuggling to stay positive, .    Its a good job you weren't a military leader back in 1939  The war would have been over by Christmas
 Share this content via...
Longy67   24 #40 Posted February 13, 2018 you just cant make it up, struggle against bottom teams such as Birmingham and Barnsley, then win decently at a team we ALWAYS struggle against Oo  Doesn't that about sum up the Owls season Mel?... top4718 Â Â 838 #46 Posted February 13, 2018 You've got to love the blades I bet there's not one other team currently in the top 6 that will see them as rivals :hihi: Â Onto to the game tonight - I fully expected a beating after the confidence sapping Brum game and our recent record against Derby (although we did beat them at home last season), we started well, keeping possession and not letting Derby trouble us, decent goal by Joao who's been the pick of the fit forwards, early goal in the 2nd half from a Reach assist more or less killed the game although the opposition did have a go in the dying minutes. Â Hunt had a good game and a great debut from Clare. Â Hopefully the performance and the win will aid the confidence, get some players back, reach safety and get this wretched season over. owl.66 Â Â 210 #47 Posted February 13, 2018 (edited) ;)I will take that every game , played has team fighting spirit thats the best in a long while , Joao was eminence , very impressed with Clare & tbh all the team played their part & thought Derby seamed to hit the floor all to easy & a bit mardy . Â I love that the Blades need to think we are doing them a favour ;)you make your own luck... SomeNextGuy   10 #48 Posted February 13, 2018 If we beat QPR we'll be 6 points off Derby.  What a league this is. It's almost like everyone is more or less equally poor other than one or two teams.
 Share this content via...
