This is a perfect case-study of where the line between informal but professionally appropriate use (Sainsburys is very good at this) and informal and professionally inconsiderate is. Not at all, because that is wrong. I'm merely pointing out if they intend to go about their business in such a crude and hurtful manor then perhaps they should not make it so easy to be located.
