Just to mention, the concentration of Roma at Page Hall is affecting schools further round the hill like Limpsfield, Jenkin, Wincobank, Hinde House, Concord etc. They have all seen influxes of Slovak Roma over the past couple of years, can't be good trying to teach when half the kids don't speak English. Wonder what Blunkett is doing about that for all the kids having their education affected by it.

Why are there so many Roma from Slovakia in Sheffield? If you do a Google search for Slovak Roma then 'Slovak Roma Sheffield' is the top suggested search. I'm just wondering what the attraction is.

The situation sounds awful and I feel sorry for the established residents of the area. It sounds like a powder-keg that the authorities feel inhibited from acting upon for fear of appearing racist.

City of Sanctuary mugs.

And because of fantastic luvvies like these, filled with well paid executives who don't have to live anywhere near the likes of Page Hall.

I know someone who works in one of the school mentioned and at the end of the last school year several teachers left the school, and she and others she knows are actively looking for jobs in other areas due to the problems these people have brought into the school. A large portion of the budget for books now is being spent on foreign language books and books for readers aged 5-10 and that is for secondary schools as they come over with no basic reading or writing skills at all.

This teacher and many women teachers feel intimidated by the groups of young boys, most of whom are taller and bigger built than them, crowding around them. This usually happens when the teacher is reprimanding one of them, and one woman whilst leaning over a desk trying to explain something to a pupil was grabbed by one who then proceeded to grind his groin into her hips whilst others stood around cheering them on.

This is wrong on so many levels. The teachers should not have to put up with this and also it is affecting the education of pupils that want to learn and have kept up with the curriculum.

The problem you have is that you are a racist bigot for saying all that. It may well be true, 100% accurate but still, you are an intolerant racist xenophobic bigot and you should be ashamed of yourself.
