Well i suppose things like the planners knowing about future developments, social services taking about cases, education talking about new schools, potential for new tenders etc.

 

All companies have things they dont want disclosing and the council are no different.

I once put in a FoI request to East Ridings Council concerning an agreement they have with a governing body for a certain sport in the UK.

 

They welched out of telling me the answer as it was "corporately sensitive".

SCC needs to be kicked out of office. They've been corrupt now for decades, god knows how much money has been squanderer/stolen.

 

Over the last decade and more SCC has gone from Labour to Lib-Dem, back to Labour, back to Lib-Dem and now back to Labour again. But as you live in Derbyshire you might not know. If you know of corruption why not report it to the police.

I heard one of the things that was subject to a gagging order was the real reason why SCC backed down in the Next planning application. They didn't want to upset Penistone999 by making him lose his free parking at Staples
