Brunette
Sadly it is vastly under-used. I used to go there for running training, and it was often deserted. I have run around there in circles for an hour and a half and not seen another soul in the past.
ryder8904
If Don Valley is good enough for the Stones then you can argue its good enough for anyone. Michael Jackson performed there too.

KeefisGod
What happened to the rugby? Sheffield Eagles still play a handful of games there but not many
pattricia
Sadly it is vastly under-used. I used to go there for running training, and it was often deserted. Yes, they say its mainly used by schoolchildren now, but its not being booked by big athletic meetings, and this is where the problem lies. janeyXX
Total waste of space sheffield city council, they have an amazing venue for allsorts of events which brings tons of revenue to the city and rather than do some work and get it back to its former glory they talk of demolishing it,It needs promoting more to get the gigs and sporting events back down there,How come other cities have sucessful stadiums maybe sheffield city council needs to take advice from them ? francypants
Typical Sheffield council. Spend millions building, use it for a few years. Stop promoting it properly. Close it & let it go to pot. Knock it down. Sell the land for a pittance !!
