Just to add, I have a good knowledge of when and why you need cables of a certain quality, but as far as hdmi cables, it works or it doesnt.

 

I also have very expensive stereo and home theatre equipment but nothing is that precise to justify the russ andrews toss.

Is this something to do with comet going into liquidation with job losses. I wish people would give a thought to the staff. I took out extra warranty with my electrical goods with Currys/PC world where I work but I also have household insurance. If the same thing happened to me the least of my worries would be the stereo or computer breaking down.:rolleyes:

That's ok in theory but some people either can't get credit cards or don't like to have credit & still live by the rule if they don't have the money they don't have it

In which case make sure that when you buy something, you walk away with it (having a credit card doesn't mean you can't wait until you can afford something to buy it).

Correct,you will not see that many bargains the popular stuff will go with small reductions if it has not gone already.

 

Pristine stock may go back to supplieres.

You could use a credit card to pay for something and settle it up immediately..you have no debt but still have the protection that paying by cc gives..
