I remember 'em all and more besides. I'm 60 and have enjoyed a lot of music through the years. Petula Clarke, Val Doonican, Perry Como, the Stones, the Beatles, the Who et al. One of my favourites is One Fine Day from Madame Butterfly, it reduces me to tears. Puccini is timeless.

Burl Ives with his 'There was an old lady who swallowed a fly, I dont know why she swallowed a fly. Perhaps she'll die'.

Do not forsake me oh my darling -------Frankie Lane

Oh what a night --- Johnny Ray

Answer me, oh my love.---- Not sure

Unchained Melody ---Jimmy Young.

She wears red feathers and a hula hula skirt-------I think Guy Mitchel

Stranger on the shore----Acker Bilk

I haven't said thanks for that lovely weekend----Ted Heath wrote it for his wife.

"I`m a troll, foldyroll, I`m a troll foldyroll, I`m a troll foldyroll, and I`ll eat you for my supper" is how the troll song went, sung by I dont know, perhaps it was Danny Kaye, not sure

I was thinking about posting Little White Bull as I was reading the thread. It was the first 45 I bought, cost me 4/6 (22 and a half p)
