I do loads but I dont know the code name for it, 40mm kingspan equivelent with 12.5mm plasterboard and skim. I never use plasterboards with insulation on.

Ye use 40mm insulation and a plasterboard on top. Dont forget your vapour barrier which is a sheet of thin polythene on any sloping ceilings you have. A guy at Bolsover does insulation cheaper than what your quoting, Tim 07792466914.
