Hope you enjoy it, I was happy with it, but it let me down just a little bit! Sure the kids will enjoy it though.

Decide on what CPU, AMD or Intel. I went for Intel. Then decide on what type of CPU, dual core, quad core etc. If you're going to use it for gaming (the newer games that are multithreaded) quad core would be your choice but be aware, for the cpu to not be bottlenecked, everything else will have to be to a high standard (expensive!) Go for a Dual Core if you don't use it for gaming but do for say, music, video and internet. From there, you need a suitable motherboard. The motheboard has to have the same "socket" as the processor will fit in. I believe most of the dual core and quad core intel chips are LGA775. Once you've got the motherboard chosen, go for some RAM, but check what the board can handle up to! Most will handle DDR2 but some will handle DDR3 and I suggest using that. If you're going for DDR2 get the 8500+ but once again, check the motherboard can handle it. What else you need: - Powersupply, 400-600w will be suitable enough if you only have a single decent graphics card. - Hard Drive? Go for a SATA (most motherboards will support this) - Case? Go for one that you like, but check that the motherboard size (ATX, microATX will fit) - DVD/CD Drive? Go for SATA again - Graphics Card? If you're not a gamer, get something like a GeForce 8800gt, good cards, you can game on them if you want and will also handle everything else. All the wires will come with the motherboard. All the power wires will come with the PSU (power supply unit). I don't think I've forgotten anything.... Once the form is submitted, what do you need to do with the data in the form? Does the data from the form originate from the DB? Is it put into the form when the page is loaded?

If when you answer the phone, you cannot hear anything and then a shortwhile later it hangs up, this tends to be a computer. The computers at call centres will dial out and then when you pick up they will put it in a queue for someone in the call centre to pick up and talk to you. (It saves the person the call centre having to dial a big list of numbers, they simply get told who they are talking to). Best way to do it is to tell BT you don't want these calls I think. Get put on the register for these things.

If they're going to do it, the police have to be a bit more "sensible". I've heard of cases where the police have been extremely harsh for very little things. Number plates for example. A website I know people buy number plates off which are the stamped ones (metal) and are a lot more durable than the typical plastic ones. The website produce legal ones yet a guy got stopped and fined for having them.

Have you tried the telephone directory? It's a long shot but you never know! BT do an online search so you put in a rough postcode with initial and surname.
