OK, if you want me to do this i will.. In my PERSONAL opinion and what i thought growing up and still percieve to this day, a slag/slut is a name given to a woman who sleeps around with different men.. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm..... Me thinks you are! I wouldn't dream of calling a child a slag or a slut for the way they dress!! I use the term scrubber because i know from when i was her age, nobody wanted to be a scrubber!!

I'm a vegetarian and i find slitting an animals throat and letting them hang there to bleed to death unbearably upsetting.. It was on a holiday in Greece when i was 12yrs old that made me stop eating meat by seeing a lamb hung on a pole, struggling and crying and a woman just slit it's throat... The noises and the twitching made me cry for a very long time, even after the holiday.. I also DO NOT condone quick mass slaughter in abattoirs either!

It's not nice! hence the reason i say it to my daughter.. As in my first post, i say it for impact.. My daughter doesnt call them scrubbers! they are her friends..

There's nothing wrong with telling your daughters to dress modestly.. Yes anyone should be able to wear what they want without fear of been oggled, gropped or raped! I tell my daughter to dress respectfully all the time, she's 14 and her friends are walking around in little tank tops showing their bellies.. to me that is gross and i dont allow my daughter to dress like that, i call her friends scrubbers (they're not, but i like to make an impact) i want to my daughter to grow up into a respectful woman who carries herself with confidence and beauty..

Your husband is absolutely right, no matter where in the world you are, your demons will unfortunately be with you.. Keep on taking your medication, try your best to be strong, maybe you're going to have to be stronger than ever before! but you'll be OK.. Try to make the decorating a therapeutic exercise and make the inside of your home a place where you feel relaxed and at peace and forget about what's outside that door until you're ready to face it! Pretend you're in Australia if you want!! Dont forget, you can always move again at a later date when something more suited crops up.. Cannabis should be legalised.. And who ever said they'd not be happy if their 12 year old was buying it!!!!!!! If your 12yr old is buying cannabis, smoking fags or drinking alcohol then i believe you as a parent have failed... Absolutely Fabulous - Dont get me wrong, i enjoyed it and there was some very funny moments but i dont feel it was anywhere near as good as what all the reviews said.. Also, and i know a lot may disagree with me, The Revernant, i thought the acting was spectacular and Leonardo definitely deserved that Oscar and Tom Hardy should have gotten one too!! but the storyline just left me feeling a bit Meh...... I havent seen La La Land yet, was planning on watching it this weekend..

Woke up thinking it was Thursday and still did up until about 11am when a work colleague put me in the know!!!!!! Gutted...

I've been on Sertraline since April with no side effects! It's helped tremendously.. Taken a massive weight off of my shoulders and i've not had any anxiety attacks since.. I'm due to come off of them next month and i've been told by my doctor that unlike other medications to treat anxiety and depression, Sertraline has the least side effects when coming off of them as they are not addictive.. I've heard the headaches can be a little bad though Everyones different though.

I second this.. Sheffield IAPT services are brilliant... As someone who has OCD i can relate to the overwhelming condition of anxiety and it's ruddy awful! You could also speak to your GP about taking a low dose of Sertraline (SSRI).. It can help take the edge off until you find your feet again.. Look after yourself x ---------- Post added 14-11-2017 at 16:15 ---------- Also, try mindfulness.. if you look on the internet you'll find lots of useful websites and books.. And if you have a smart phone you can download mindfulness apps.. I have used these, takes 10 minutes out of your day to breath and relax and free your mind.. It helps me.. Remember! For a quick breathing exercise and to calm your rapid heart rate breath in through the nose for 3 seconds and breath out through the mouth slowly for 6 seconds and repeat until you feel calmer.. Anxiety attacks last around 10 minutes at a time.. If you can learn to make that time less and less with each attack you'll be on your way to controlling it Anxiety attacks are uncomfortable but NOT dangerous x

We must hear very different voices.. His voice is iconic and i bet you are in the minority when it comes to not like listening to his voice.. You know when you're having one of those lazy duvet days or slobbing on the settee, maybe you've had a drink the night before and feeling a little worse for wear.. I swear there is no better thing than putting a david attenbrough documentary on and snoozing to the sound of his voice
