  1. We have become the subject of SS brutality and our children taken into care from lies told by a Darnall social worker. I will give you the social workers name by PM.
  2. Out of the summer now and have played frisbee with the little ones alot and was wondering if this is still going. I cant find a place for frisbee medals but sportstrophy.co do netball medals basketball medals and american football medals
  3. I remember going off the top splash at Sheaf. It seemed a long time on the way down and the scamble back to the surface was longer than I expected. They have some good diving medals, swimming trophies and swimming medals at sportstrophy.co if you feel like awarding yourself.
  4. I am one of a number of parents who have social services delving into our family lives. These people are horrible to us and yet we have to be seen to co-operate. They have a well rehearsed operating procedure that does not touch the determined abuser but catches out those that open themselves to honest scrutiny that turn small hiccups into acts of neglect. I have set up my first child protection conference website for parents who will be having to take this route. A templated homepage at the moment but now I have time it will soon be done. I need ideas for a website name for parents who are directly facing social services not just in sheffield but county wide or even national. The idea of the website is to offer an outline of all of the procedings, places of help, who to go to and who to avoid. I will organise discussions and advise from parents who have been through the process.
  5. I am in the process of creating some websites about this problem social services are causing in the backlash about their incometence in dealing with real cases of neglect. The courts appointed a Guardian who is a CAFCASS worker. From their website they say. Cafcass looks after the interests of children involved in family proceedings. We work with children and their families, and then advise the courts on what we consider to be in the best interests of individual children. Although the person seems experienced and well mannered that is all that comes across. I saw this person for half an hour once so I dont see the part where he is working with families. The reports given were lazily likened to that of the ss. This gives me the impression that CAFCASS is a layer of unneeded bureaucracy. You will also have to watch out for the ss submitting late reports that you can't defend against. Instead of our solicitors giving us time to look they wanted to press on which cost us our kids going into care. The ss lied and lied again and the puppet barristers were lapping it up. The judge, almost apologetic for having their hands tied because of what the ss had written giving them no other course of action. So, we have found that is doesn,t matter how good the courts are they have to yield to the ss reports.
  6. I have not been on the forum for a while having to deal with the fallout since the children were taken into care some time ago. Thanks, Chrome I am not afraid to admit I am human and have my life open for all to see and you will also be in court regarding your libelous comments and your incompetent help as a family worker. You were not there to observe you were there to help as your above comment shows your lack of supervision not hers.
  7. It is normally the Polish or the Latvians I see who do this, they also like to throw theri polish beer cans and fag packets into your garden too. One fellow threw his can into my garden so i dumped a bag full in his.
  8. In court a few days this week so i will get see first hand how these monsters work. A council rep visited yesterday, yes Sunday to give me the papers and oh, you need legal representation for oh tomorrow. Has anyone sued the council and what kind of compensation could anyone expect as I will not be investing in Sheffield.
  9. Great topic - predictable responses. As you can see it will be like moving a mountain and isn't going to happen. Crimes do not have to be serious to impact on the rest of the persons working life, theft, assault, bankruptcy all have massive implications. If CRB checks are not done there is always the risk of anyones past being revealed in the future to their embarrassment. Tesco's employed a shelf stacker who went on to become a store manger and after a while an investigation was launched into the loss of takings where it became apparent the store manger was on the fiddle. A background check later revealed him to have had a criminal record for theft a long time before. There are only a few stories like this but the rest of the people who have gone on to secure good and honest lives for themselves will not be shouting from the roof tops about their past. If you are going to employ someone they have to be the best person for the job. Information can be omitted from CV's if that information could be prejudicial. I am sure ex criminals do not put their crimes on application forms as this is certain rejection. It would be in their interests to come clean after they have proven themselves in their job to clear any embarrassments that may arise for themselves and the employer.
  10. If required you can get a licence from the new post office on Bawtry Road in Tinsley. Looks great now they have put tarmac under the viaduct up to Wharf Road
  11. I've been to the cinema a few times using Orange 2 4 1 but never pizza express cos there aren't any close by. Where are these pizza expresses and are they any good?
  12. I don't think society is easy going on criminals. Once tarred and stigmatised they are prejudiced by employers and subjugated to a spiral of abuse by the authorities as they see a criminal record as a licence to provoke, intimidate harass and treat as unhuman. Drop a cat in a bin or miss your dog messing in the park you will soon understand
  13. Where does the cycle end? Children in care often end up having their children removed. One mums video message http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=2243864739055&oid=143625508992160

  15. It will be great to see the hundreds of jobs Tesco will create, for a short while anyway. The government incentives will be cashed in so they employ loads of people and then start to turn the screws until a handful remain. You will be subject to a disciplinary system so severe that people will be jumping like lemmings out of there. The USDAW union it runs doesn't say anything and is completely boneless. I am going to vote with my feet and not go there at all. I invite everyone to do the same thing on the morning of its opening day. None of the profits made here will be seen in Sheffield with the parched council swallowing up the rates and rent. It will be a bad time for small city businesses that rely on the Sheffield peoples custom with many more losing their jobs that the supermarket will ever create.
  16. Are you calling these personal experiences, "collateral damage?" Thank you for being the perfect example of the dissonance I mention. You have already thought your theory and now you are moulding the facts to make the theory believable to yourself. "I suspect you are not being honest", "Be honest with yourself. No parent likes to admit that they might be harming their children." They are not real facts they are what you believe to be true. That is what is so dangerous so it is a good job you are not one of the professionals. I want the SS to be accountable so they cannot tell anything but the truth and realise how dangerous it is to make facts fit theory. All doctors have been told by the GMC to report possible harm to children even if they are not patients with no come back if found to be unfounded.
  17. The above links from Tikva are not independant and present a one side view on things. If you are right one in 14 or 17 times it does not justify terrorising all families and adopting parents. I mistakenly asked social services for help Feb last year as I was working away for 12 weeks and thought that a few months was enough time to get some temporary help. The 12 weeks away came and finished last June with no sign of the SS. They appeared in August in the form of a FIP family intervention project worker. It was too late but we said we would work with the program, big mistake as they are nothing but chart making SS scouts. I wasn't aware of a few appointments being missed but I could have taken the kids to the appointments myself but this was over reported by the FIP worker as saying we were reliant and dependant on them. I am not happy that this has come about but i am glad it has opened my eyes to something that is under the ground. I am prepared to do my digging until the foundations of society in Sheffield are just for young mums and dads who are struggling on their own and need the support of their community without being victimised by the authority. Social services may think they are doing a good job but look at it from a parents point of view, spend a day in the parents shoes and say that the support is what it should be. Until they get their act together and rid themselves of creative writing from the mental state of cognitive dissonance normal families will live in fear of this supposedly helpful service.
  18. I have always admired the imagination of "Fathers for Justice" which super hero do you dress up as? You seem to have a great knowledge on the subject. I am sure government and business would prefer you concentrate on work matters but thats the way it has become for thousands of parents. It does seem like a personal experiment with orders and objectives that dont have a purpose and made up as they go. I have not been made aware of any restrictions regarding writing about our situation but I have seen that others have once the hearing has taken place. I don't plan on being silenced into submission so although I may not be able to post on here as I dont want to get SF into trouble I will be setting up a twitter, facebook and blog based website so I can keep it up to date. Like any parent with four children from one to six years old it is a struggle but my partner is a most wonderful loving mother and cares for the kids with all her energy. The thought of the kids being taken from her is driving her to tears every day but she hasnt given up. She has the paint roller going at 2am before ironing the kids clothes. The situation does look terrible for us with what has been reported but not proved. A care plan has been structured but not followed by the SS as there are loads of objectives to be met but none seem to have been done, one of them is an assessment on myself, a PP?. The target date of completion 11th July which is the next care plan meeting date. This has already been trumped by the SS saying that the kids have been seen unsupervised so they can move straight for removal without completing the assessment. The police are no better as they act on the very word of the SS without question even when they have been told lies they still stick together and say,"we were informed that ....". I do feel like I am going to explode.
  19. I have called the phone number of John Hemming and his assistant told me to put everything in an email to the email address given above. The campaign and information website Justice for Familes is at http://www.justice-for-families.org.uk/
  20. Jack Straw is also fully conversant with the facts having spent years trying to get reporting reforms into courts which leads to openness and accountability. He doesn't seemed to have made a dint on the system though. 2010 - http://headlines-today.co.uk/2010/06/21/veil-of-secrecy-on-family-courts-to-be-lifted-jack-straw-to-announce/ Wales Group - http://www.parents4protest.co.uk/
  21. Thanks for your PM fallenangel, I have replied after editing the message about ten times, sorry for your wait. I was moved by this recent story about a father (who needed some respite) and his autistic son. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1361712/Secret-court-opens-doors-fathers-battle-council-care-autistic-son.html Yes Badlittlepup secrecy in the family courts lets professionals seek anonymity when it is meant for the welfare of the children. The thought that the judge can rule on probability of harm rather than evidence can go very much in favour of a creative writing SS worker. A bit added about paid incentives: Tim Loughton MP (East Worthing & Shoreham, Conservative) To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families which local authorities have received payments from central Government for achieving adoption target levels; and how much each received in each of the last three years. John Healey (Minister of State, Department for Communities and Local Government) I have been asked to reply. 30 local authorities have been rewarded for successfully achieving adoption targets in their local public service agreements (LPSA). The better outcomes and amount of 'performance reward grant' (PRG) each has received over the three years 2004/05 to 2006/07 in relation to their performance in these targets is set out in the following table. Local PSAs—which are negotiated between local authorities and central Government policy departments, facilitated by the DCLG—have helped to incentivise local authorities and partners to provide better public services to their citizens around priorities for improvement locally. Evaluation shows they have been successful in doing this, with real benefits in improved outcomes for local people and communities. Local PSA adoption and placement targets: payments made to date under local PSAs Local authority Amount of 'reward grant' paid (£) Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council 210,173.00 Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council 578,333.00 Essex County Council 2,469,200.00 Kent County Council 2,156,583.00 Northamptonshire County Council 1,119,115.00 Sheffield City Council 1,025,000.00
  22. Sheffield City Councils family services are on a self sustaining campaign to keep themsleves in jobs. Most people will think that they are professionals like myself but I have found this not to be true. I know a few families who have asked for help but have found the blunt end of a hammer with the parents and children being threatened with separation. There have been a number of stories this year in the newspapers but does go back years like this article from a Times reporter in 2008 http://www.forced-adoption.com/child-snatchers.asp Is is a very difficult story to tell but if anyone has been treated in this appalling manner can you say in summary or PM me.
  23. From the title of the post I thought this was something different to what I already know. The Gurkha is a member of the armed services and you would expect this of them. The story is fantastic and a great inspiration. An immigrant or migrant to me is someone who moves from place to place to seek financial gain. I think the thought behind being a Gurkha is not the same.
