My neighbour has had one for years and although he has never needed to use it, he knows people who have and they say it’s very reliable.

Anyone remember Shoeshine ? Think he passed away some years ago.

Some of the scam calls say that they are from Amazon, when they aren’t.

Every time I order good from Amazon ( which isn’t very often) I start to get scam calls straight away. It’s two weeks since my goods arrived but I’m getting scam calls every day now on my landline. Is someone getting my landline number from Amazon . ? The voices are all foreign and when I ask for their telephone number they cut me off.

When I was nursing we had to strip and remake hundreds of beds a week. I learnt how to do “ hospital corners” which was a neater and tighter way of folding the corner sheets of a bed. I believe that is why I now have a lot of backaches. I know a lot of tradesmen like plumbers, electricians and builders who have had to kneel on hard floors and finish up with bad knees when they retired Now of course there are knee pads which fit into overalls to stop all that.

I didn’t have a jab for it cressy.Still got it but has improved with physiotherapy.
