To see it, go down the footpath along side the bolehills, rather than going into the estate. The views from her apartment across the Rivelin Valley (as featured in this advertisement) were simply stunning. I see the advertisement states "All Merlin Estates properties have 10 year NHBC guarantee". Looks like some folk may be going to need that guarantee!
